Privacy

Privacy policy.

what we collect, why, and how to make us stop.

This policy covers itennis.com and the iTennis newsletter, operated by NEXT Fractional, Inc., 5473 Blair Rd, Ste 100 #177356, Dallas, TX 75231-4227, USA (the “controller”). Contact: [email protected]. Last updated 10-Oct-2026.

What we collect

  • Site analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. IP addresses are truncated by Google and we do not use advertising features in Analytics. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running the site; you can opt out with a browser extension or by declining cookies where a consent banner is shown.
  • Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address, the date and the page you signed up from, first in our own database and later with our newsletter provider. We send you the daily and nothing else. Legal basis: consent, withdrawn by unsubscribing.
  • Contact form. Your name, email and message are stored in our database and emailed to us so we can reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering you. Deleted within 12 months.
  • Court finder. Searching for a court sends the place you typed to our server and, when you ask to use your location, your approximate coordinates to Google Places to find nearby courts. We do not store your location.
  • Server logs. Our host, WP Engine, keeps standard access logs (IP, time, page) for security for a short period.

Cookies

We set a cookie only for analytics and, if advertising is shown, for the ad network. Where the law requires it you will see a consent banner first; declining keeps the site working.

Who else sees your data

Processors acting on our instructions: WP Engine (hosting, USA and EU), Google (analytics, places), SendLayer (transactional email), our newsletter provider once the daily launches, and the ad network named in the disclosure. We are based in the United States and process data there; for visitors in the EEA and the UK, transfers rely on the EU and UK standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising in the sense of US state privacy laws.

How long we keep it

Newsletter data until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not email you again. Contact messages up to 12 months. Analytics 14 months.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and take it elsewhere. Visitors in the EEA and the UK have these rights under the GDPR; California residents have them under the CCPA, and we honour them for everyone. Email [email protected]; we answer within a month, and we never treat you differently for asking. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

iTennis is not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are announced in the newsletter.
