These terms apply to itennis.com and the iTennis newsletter, published by NEXT Fractional, Inc. (“iTennis.com”, “iTennis”, “we”). By using the site you accept them. Last updated 10-Oct-2026.

1. What iTennis is

iTennis publishes tennis results, previews, recaps and a directory of tennis courts. Much of the content is generated automatically from third-party data and is provided for information only.

2. Accuracy

We work hard to keep scores, schedules and court details correct, and each story shows when its data was fetched. Even so, errors happen: matches are rescheduled, courts close, data providers slip. Check official sources before you travel or make decisions. Nothing on iTennis is betting advice or professional advice of any kind.

3. Your use of the site

You may read, link to and share our pages. You may not scrape, republish or resell the content or the court directory in bulk, misrepresent it as your own, or use the site to send spam or interfere with its operation.

4. Our content and marks

The text, illustrations, the ball-and-i mark and the names iTennis.com and iTennis are ours or licensed to us. Court data includes material from OpenStreetMap contributors, used under the Open Database Licence, and from Google. Match data is used under licence from the providers named on each page.

5. Third-party links

We link to other sites, some of them through affiliate links (see the disclosure). We are not responsible for their content or their terms.

6. Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or reliance on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes and law

We may change these terms; the date above tells you when. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and disputes go to the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
